Will, SC, Pendleton, Robert Gabbie 1802

Know all men by these presence that I, ROBERT GABEE [GABBIE] of Pendleton District
& state of South Carolina being weak & low of body but of perfect mind & memory,
thanks be to God for his mercies & calling to mind that it is appointed for all men
once to die have thought proper to dispose of my property in the following manner.

ITEM.   I will that all my just debts be paid.

Second. I will that the rest of my property be equally divided between my daughter
ELIZABETH [GABBIE] & my sons ROBERT [GABBIE] & MOSES [GABBIE] after paying my sons
JONATHAN [GABBIE] & JAMES [GABBIE] one shilling sterling & I do hereby appoint
THOMAS STRIBLING & JOSEPH GABEE [GABBIE] to be executors to this my last will and
testament in whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this 6th day of February in
the year of our Lord 1802.
