In the name of God, Amen.

I WILLIAM WADE of the state of North Carolina and county of Northampton,being weak
and feeble in body but of sound ind and memory, do make and ordain this to be my
last will and testament to wit.

First I wish my burial expenses to be paid out my estate.

Secondly I give and bequeath unto my wife ELIZABETH WADE all the remainder of my
property of every description to have and to dispose of in any manner she may think
proper during her life or at her death.

A paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of WILLIAM WADE,
deceased, is exhibited for probate into open court by ELIZABETH WADE, the widow of
the said WILLIAM WADE, and the due execution thereof by the said WILLIAM WADE is
proved by the oath and examination of the said J. R. DRAKE and JEREMIAH GAY, two
subscribing witnesses thereto. It is therefore considered by the court, that the
said paper writing and every part thereof is the last will and testament of the
said WILLIAM WADE, and te same is ordered to be recorded and filed.
