Will, DE, New Castle, Dennis O’Bryan DENNIS O'BRYAN's will proven on the 27th of January 1754 Recorded 1754 Page 1 of 3 ** PAGE BREAK ** Will, DE, New Castle, Dennis O’Bryan Be it remembered that on the 16th day of December in the year of Our Lord 1753, DENNIS O'BRYAN of the Town and County of Newcastle upon Delaware laborer being very sick and weak in body but have perfect sound, mind, memory and understanding did pronounce, publish, declare this last will and testament and these words following or to the like effect, to wit. “In case it should please God to carry me off I will and desire that my estate or what I have be divided among my brothers and sisters named RICHARD O'BRYAN, MARGARET O'BRYAN, and MARY O'BRYAN, EDWARD O'BRYAN living in Racannon [Ireland], about 24 miles distance from Cork, and I desire you GEORGE MONRO to act and do for me”. After the pronouncing of which said words the said DENNIS O'BRYAN in a few hours died. For the manifesting of which said nuncupative will and perpetuating thereof the will as herein before mentioned have been committed to writing within two days after the decease of the said testator and subscribed by the two witnesses under written the 18th day of December in the year above mentioned.
