We, the under subscribers are jointly and severally, firmly held and bound to his
excellency the Governor for the time being and his successors in office in the sum
of five hundred pounds.

Whereas ABRAHAM COLLINS JUNR. And JOHN PROCTOR hath made application for license of
marriage between him, the said ABRAHAM COLLINS and Miss DICEY MOORE.

Now, if there shall not appear, hereafter, any legal cause to obstruct said
marriage, then the above obligation shall be void, other to remain in full force
and virtue.

As witness our hand and seals this eighteenth day of November 1824.
