MICHAEL BAKER, two hundred and ten acres of land in Edgecombe County on the north
side Town Creek.

    Beginning at a Gum on his own line running thence along his line N 60 W
    163 pole to a White Oak in a pond; thence N 48 E 10 ALSTON’s corner and
    along his line 220 poles to a live Oak and a Pine; thence S 60 E 140 pole
    to the creek; thence the various courses of the Creek N 50 E 220 pole to
    the first station.

Dated 23rd day of February 1761.
