Pursuant to a warrant, to me directed by JOHN BREMAR Esquire D. S. G., bearing date
the 23rd day of June 1774, I have have admeasured and laid off unto ANDREW
WILLIAMSON a plantation or tract of land containing 40 acres, it being part of a
500 acre warrant, situate and being in Granville County in 96 District on Rocky
Creek, the Waters of Stevenson's Creek, butting and bounding to the NW on JOHN
HEARST’s [HURST] line; and to the SW on JAMES MISCAMPBELL’s land; to the SW on
land, name not known; to the NE on vacant land, and hath such shape and marks as
the plat above doth represent.

Certified for the 18th day of July 1774.
