Pursuant to a precept from JOHN BREMAR, Esq. Deputy Surveyor General dated 6th
April 1773 I have admeasured & laid out unto WILLIAM ADAIR a tract of land
containing two hundred & fifty acres situate in Craven County bounded to the north
by EDWARD LACEY’s land by land laid out SW by said WILLIAM ADAIR’s land, the other
side by vacant land & hath such shapes & marks as the above plat represents.
