Pursuant to a precept from JOHN BREMAR, ESQ. D. D. General dated the 4th day of
August 1772 I have admeasured and laid out unto GEORGE UNDERWOOD a tract of land
containing two [hundred] acres situate in Craven County on the SW side of Big Lynch
Creek on three small creeks called Cedar Creeks, bounded NE & NW to George
Underwood, NE to LEWIS FRANKLIN BRYANT’s land and all other sides to vacant land &
hath such shapes & marks as the above plat represents.

Surveyed this 11th day of August 1772
