SOUTH CAROLINA

I have caused to be admeasured and laid out unto WILLIAM PEGUES [PEQUES] a tract of
land containing 100 acres, situate in the district of Cheraws on the SW side of
Great Pee Dee on the N side of Westfield’s Creek and hath such form and marks,
butting and bounding as about plat represents.

Certified for the 1st day of May 1786.
