Pursuant to a precept directed by JOHN BREMAR, Esq., D. S. General dated the 26th
day of June, 1772, I have admeasured and laid out unto JAME BALLMER a plantation or
tract of land 700 acres being the balance of 1000 acres precept, on the head branch
of Fishing Creek in Camden District, 4 miles from Bethel Meeting house; and 2 miles
from PATTON’s mill; bounding S on THOMAS DUNKON [DUNCAN], part a vacant land; NE on
ROBERT ALEXANDER’s land; N on JOHN CARE’s [KERR] and JAMES THOMPSON’s land; E on
Widow SMITH’s land with such form as appear by the delineated plat.
