Deed, SC, Anderson, JOSEPH BRIMER to VAN DAVIS, 1805

Know all men by these presents that I, JOSEPH BRIMER, of Pendleton County and state
of South Carolina, for and in consideration of the sum of $48.73 cents do bargain,
sell, and deliver unto the said VAN DAVIS three cows and one yearling, three ewes
and lambs, one sorrel mare cold to which the said property I do warrant and defend
from any person or persons laying right, title or to the said property.

Signed, Sealed, Delivered this 9th day of March 1805 in the presence of us
