Deed, SC, Anderson, JOSEPH BRIMER to DAVID WATSON, 1820 State of South Carolina KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that JOSEPH BRIMER of the state and District aforesaid, for and in consideration of $300 to me paid by DAVID WATSON of Pendleton district and state aforesaid, farmer, have granted, bargained, sold, and released and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, and release unto the said DAVID WATSON all that tract or parcel of land containing 150 acres, be the same more or less, lying and being in Pendleton District and state aforesaid on the North branches of Mountain Creek a branch of big generosity Generostee Creek, waters of the Savannah River, it being part of two tracks, one of them originally granted to BENJAMIN BRIMER for two hundred acres 4th of December 1786 and the other originally granted to the said BENJAMIN BRIMER for 227 in 3/4 acre 4th of July 1791. BINDING North on vacant land; West on a partition line between this tract and a tract whereon MATTHEW GENTRY now lives; South on BRIMERs land; Southeast and Northeast by JOHN DAVIS and the said DAVID WATSON; Southwest on DAVID TATE's land. TOGETHER WITH ALL AND SINGULAR the rights, members, heretic to Mintz and appurtenances to the said premises belonging, or in any wise incident or appertaining. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the premises before mentioned on to the said DAVID WATSON, his heirs and assigns forever. AND I DO HEREBY BIND MYSELF, my heirs, executors, and administrators to warrant and forever defend all and singular the said premises unto the said DAVID WATSON, his heirs and assigns, against myself and my heirs.
