Beginning at JAMES MCCLEAN's upper corner hickory on the riverbank below the mouth of said Creek and runs with MCCLEAN's line S 80 poles to a Pine; thence W 120 poles to a Pine; thence S52W 120 poles to a small Post Oak; thence W 68 poles to a large Black Oak; thence N 92 poles to the creek; the same course N 148 poles to a Pine; thence E 132 poles to a large White Oak; thence N36E 112 poles to a Hickory; thence N57E 40 poles to a Red Oak and Locust on the river bank; thence down the river including Mountain Island and another small island to the beginning TO HOLD unto the said JOHN ROBINSON his heirs and assigns forever.
