You are forthwith to admeasure and layout, or cause to be admeasured and laid out, to ANDREW BERRY a plantation, containing 300 acres of land, lying in Anson County, on the north side of the Catawba River on the south side of McDowell's Creek being the place he now lives on. The said land to be seated according to rights, proved within three years, and entered with the auditor before the delivery hereof to the surveyor, observing his majesties instructions, for running out of lands; and a plat and certificate thereof, to return to the secretary's office, within 12 months from the date here of: and for so doing, this shall be your warrant.
