Deed, GA, Randolph, WILLIAM BRYANT to HENRY DEAN, 1820

THIS INDENTURE made this 22nd day of February in the year of Our Lord 1820.

BETWEEN WILLIAM BRYANT and HENRY DEAN both of the county of Jasper and State of
Georgia.

WITNESSETH that for, and in consideration of, the sum of $500, to him in hand paid,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath he, the said WILLIAM BRYANT, hath
he this day sold, to the said HENRY DEAN, a certain tract or parcel of land, lying
and being in the aforesaid county and state, containing 70 Acres, be the same more
or less, it being part of lot No. 71 joining THOMAS STEVENS and THOMAS DEAN and the
12th District of Jasper County.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all in singular the aforesaid track of land including all that
is thereunto appertaining or in anywise doth appertain, unto the said HENRY DEAN,
his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns & c.

AND I, the said WILLIAM BRYANT doth, for myself, my heirs, executors,
administrators, and assigns, forever defend the lawful right and title of the
aforesaid land unto the said HENRY DEAN to the to be free from all deeds, gifts,
bills of sale, or any encumbrance of any kind whatsoever.

Given under my hand and seal the day and date above written.

BENJAMIN JORDAN being duly sworn sayeth that he saw WILLIAM BRYANT sign the within
for the purposes therein contained and that he saw WARREN AMBRES and URIAH C.
MORRIS sign the same as witnesses there too and that he is a subscribing witness
there too.
