Deed, GA, Randolph, THOMAS BRYANT to MICHAEL WRIGHT, 1809 Georgia Richmond County THIS INDENTURE made and entered into the 21st day of July in the year of 1809. BETWEEN THOMAS BRYANT of the state and County of foresaid of the one part and MICHAEL WRIGHT of Randolph County of the other part. WITNESSETH that the said THOMAS BRYANT four and in consideration of the sum of $300 to him in hand paid at and before the sealing of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath this day bargained, sold and confirmed and do by these presents bargain, sell, and confirm unto him the said MICHAEL WRIGHT a certain tract of land known as known and distinguished by Lot No. 23 in the Seventeenth District of Baldwin, now Randolph County. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said lot of land with the appurtenances is thereunto belonging unto him, the said MICHAEL WRIGHT, his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple against him the said THOMAS his heirs and assigns forever. And the said THOMAS doth, for himself, his heirs and assigns, & c. doth warrant and defend the title of said track of land unto him the said MICHAEL, his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple. IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF he, the said THOMAS, for himself, his heirs & c. hath hereunto to set his hand and affixed his seal the day and date above written.
