HANAH HUDDLESTONE & RACHAEL BURNET and MARGRET ETHERINGTON came into court as
garnishes to declare what of the property of JAMES COOK, deceased, they have or
had in their possession, who upon their oath say that they have or had nothing of
his property, except MARGRET ETHERINGTON, who says she has one coverbag.
