Mrs. James Reid died at her home one mile north of Clifford on
the evening of April 17th, after a lingering illness. She was
67 years of age and leaves a husband and six children to mourn
her loss: Mrs. John McCall of Burnside, Mrs. Will Reid of
Brown City, Hugh Reid of Hoylton, Mrs. Alfred Marion of Brown
City, Howard Reid of Detroit and Mrs. Bert Ewalt of Romeo. The
remains were taken to Brown City where the funeral was held on
Sunday. April 17, 1919.

Mrs. Mary McCall, 86, 555 N. Main St., Imlay City, died in the
Almont hospital Sunday, July 14. She was born August 27, 1881,
and married Henry McCall in 1925. He Preceded her in death in
1941. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and lived
in the Imlay City area for 37 years. She is survived by
several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held
Wednesday at 11 a.m. from Muir Brothers Funeral Home, Imlay
City. Rev. Millard Heron officiated. Burial was in Imlay
Township Cemetery.

Service for John McCall, 95, of 765 Scott Lake Road, Waterford
Township, will be 11 a.m. tomorrow in the DeWitt C. Davis
Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Westgoodland Cemetery.
Mr. McCall, a retired farmer, was a member of the First Church
of the Nazarene. He died yesterday at the home of his
daughter, Mrs. Howard Brian, where he made his home. He had
been in ill health for two years. Surviving besides Mrs.
Brian, are daughters Mrs. Lewis Powell of Kingston, Mrs. Burton
Osborn of Midland and Mrs. Albert Gates of Pontiac. Also
surviving are a son Howard of Bad Axe, 16 grandchildren and 24
great-grandchildren. December 26, 1962.
