And first I commend my body to the ground and my soul to God who gave it. And further I will that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid. Further I will and by this my last testament make over all my estate, both real and personal, lands, cattles of every kind, and household furniture and all other property whatsoever that I possess unto my beloved wife MARY DUNCAN to hold and possess without let or molestation to leave it to whom she will at her decease. And further I do hereby appoint DEMSEY WINUN [WINBORN] & GEORGE DAVIS executor and Mary Duncan my beloved wife executrix of this my last will and testament & make void all other wills made heretofore by me. Stanton were subscribing witnesses to the same.
