ITEM I give and bequeath to my Niece ANN KIDD all that tract of land on which I now live (which was willed to me by my beloved Husband THOMAS DUNKIN [DUNCAN] to dispose of at my pleasure) for her use her life time and after her death to her heirs forever. ITEM I give and bequeath to my said Niece ANN KIDD all my Stock of every description and all my household goods of all kinds and notes or bonds and all property to me belonging whatsoever.
