Whereas in the suit brought by SELBY TAYLOR against THOMAS BRYAN of a plea of trespass on the case damage one hundred pounds & whereas since the commencement of the said suit the said THOMAS BRYAN has died & we being willing that those things which are just and right should be done & would have due execution be given thereon.
