Beginning at a Red Oak MORDECAI's line on Little Creek runs her line W 14 poles to a large red oak; thence cost crossing the Creek N 163 poles to a pine her Corner; thence her Line W 128 poles to a maple on the run of the north prong of Little Creek; thence down the meanders of said prong to the w prong; thence up the meanders of said prong to a white oak JOHN TURNER’s Corner on a branch; thence up the meanders of the branch to a pine his corner; thence his Line S 50 W 34 poles to a Black Jack; thence with BEDDINGFIELD line E 76 polls to a stake; thence S 19 poles to a stake then E 286 poles to a pine in the Rock Branch; thence down the meanders of said Branch to Little Creek; thence up the meanders of the creek to the beginning. There is also one other small negro boy, LUCAS, about three years old which appears at this time to be an idiot, which boy we have not taken into the division at all, but surely to be disposed of at some future period and an equal expense to all the five claimants. The other negroes after allotting to the said ULRICA, her part, we have left in common amongst the four children of the said deceased which is respectfully submitted March 20th 1832. We allot to the said BETSEY DURHAM two hundred and sixty acres on the S side of Little Creek founded as follows: Beginning at a Pine in BEDDINGFIELD’s branch, JOHN TURNER’s corner; thence with his line S 50 W 34 poles to a Black Jack. said TURNER’s corner; thence with BEDDINGFIELD‘s line E 76 polls to a stake, his corner; thence with his other line S 75 poles to a Pine his and WILLIAM JONES's corner; thence with JONES’ line E 160 poles to a Hickory his Corner; thence N 126 poles to a Pine stump; thence E 65 polls to a run of Little Creek a persimmon tree; thence up the meanders of said Creek to the mouth of BEDDINGFIELD’s Branch; thence up the meanders of said Branch to the beginning. STALLINGS, JAMES.B. STALLINGS, and ULRICA STALLINGS, heirs of JAMES STALLINGS ,deceased. We have discharge that duty and beg leave to report that we have set apart and divided as: Lot No. 1 to ULRICA STALLINGS the following negroes to wit: SIMON, VILET, HENRY, JACKSON, MARIAH, and ELYVA valued at two thousand and seventy five dollars. To JAMES B. STALLINGS as Lot No. 2 BRANCIL, TILEY, JOHN, WINNA, and CALEB valued at two thousand dollars. To ISAAC W. STALLINGS as Lot No. 3 ISHAM, VINEY, ELMISA, HARRIS, and LUCY valued at two thousand dollars. In consideration of any quality in the valuation of lots: Lot No. 1, drawn by ULRICA STALLINGS pays to Lot No. 2, drawn by JAMES B. STALLINGS, and Lot No. 3, drawn by ISAAC W.
