The improvements are a two story brick dwelling House and Kitchen. with three rooms on each floor, carriage House, Granaries, Barn and Cribs to contain one thousand bushels of Indian corn, all in good repair; a well of excellent water, apple and peach orchards of the best fruit. — From the dwelling house there is a beautiful prospect of the Delaware for a considerable distance up and down the river.
