Office of claims for lands entered in Mecklenburg to the surveyor of said
County, greetings.

You are hereby required, as soon as my be, to lay off and survey for ROBERT
ROBISON a tract or parcel of land containing 20 acres lying and being in the
county aforesaid on the waters of Sugar Creek bounded by lands of CARNS
HENDERSON, DAVID ROBISON and himself.

Entered October 24th, 1792

Observing the directions of an act of Assembly in such case made and provided
for running of lands two just and fair plans of such survey with a proper
certificate annexed to each you are to transmit, with this warrant, to the
secretary's office without delay. Give under my OT my office the 5th day of
July, 1792.

Know ye that we have granted unto ROBERT ROBESON 20 acres of land in our
county of Mecklenburg on the waters of Sugar Creek:

Beginning at a black oak by his own old corner and runs with his line so with
fifty six west sixty poles to a hickory, DAVID ROBESON's corner; then with his
line north fifty four poles to a hickory sapling, said ROBESON's line; then
east twenty poles to a red oak CAIRNS HENDERSON's corner then with his line to
the beginning.

To hold to the said ROBERT ROBERTSON, his heirs and assigns forever.

Dated the 27th of June 1793.
