Deed, SC, Fairfield, John Morrison, 1787 I do hereby, in the presence of CHARLES SEAL, JOHN GOODIN, and AMY MUSE deliver with my whole right and title of the estate of AMY MUSE, deceased, one negro wench named BELLINDER and one named LUCEY and one negro girl name NELL and one named RACHELL and one negro boy named CHARLES and bay horse name DARBY and one black horse named BLACK BIRD, and two cows and calves and a feather bed and furniture and corn and feather with other goods and chattels that I had in my possession belonging to the said estate into the hands of THOMAS MUSE, the son of JOHN MUSE, deceased, for the use of the two orphans DANIEL MUSE and AMY MUSE. And also I do hereby warrant and defend the same from me and my heirs or assigns or all other persons upon my account, the THOMAS MUSE to the aforesaid orphans, their estate at the age of fourteen or do marriage.
