I have caused to be admeasured and laid out unto JOHN BRYSON Sr. a tract of land
containing four hundred and forty acres, situate in the district of Camden, on
Toms’s [Turkey] Creek, waters of Congaree River, and hath such form, marks,
buttings and boundings as the above plat represents.
