Pursuant to a warrant granted by the Honorable WILLIAM BULL, Esq., Lieut. Gov. & c.
to me directed by JOHN BREMAR, Esq., bearing date the 6th of November 1770, I have
admeasured and laid out unto GARRET BUCKLEW a plantation or tract of land
containing one hundred acres on a branch of Stephen’s [Steven’s] Creek, waters of
Savannah River, bounded SW by RICHARD BUCKLEW and SE by said BUCKLEW, all other
sides by vacant lands and such shapes and marks as the above plat represents.

Surveyed 30th January 1771
