May more fully appear together with all its rights, members and appurtenances with the provision and revisions remainder and remainder rents, issues and profits thereof & also all the estate, rights, title, interest, use, tract, property, claim and demand whatever with either in equity or law of him the said DANIEL HUNTER & his heirs of, in and to the hereby granted premises and every or any part thereof with the appurtenances.
