WILLIAM BRYAN 75 acres, Craven, being the lower Island in the fork between Neuse
River and Bachelor Creek.

    Beginning at the fork running up the meanders of Bachelor Creek to the
    thoroughfare parting this island from Leeches Island; thence with the
    thoroughfare to Neuse River and along the meanders of said River down to
    the beginning.
