EDWARD FEEMSTER made oath that he could not be a juror because his wife had just miscarried and needed his attention. H. J. Requested that Chester District sheriff deliver the body of John Clarke to the custody of the York County sheriff to face York County charges and promised to return Clarke to Chester in time for him to face the Chester District charges. - John McCord.
