The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the above bound JOHN HIGGS is by the County Court of Granville appointed a constable in the aforesaid County now if he's the said JOHN HIGGS shall, will, truly and faithfully fully discharge the duties as constable agreeable to the law without delay fraud or covin then the above obligation to be void otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
